• Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for global clients
• Develop and implement fund accounting strategies to optimize financial processes and enhance client performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Leverage tools like Oracle Hyperion, SAP, and QuickBooks to streamline financial operations
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support clients' financial goals
• Mentor and develop the skills of the accounting team to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fund accounting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in fund accounting, with a strong background in managing accounting teams
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are a plus
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion, SAP, or QuickBooks is a strong asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
