📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging Math, English, and IQ Test preparation courses tailored to the ASEAN scholarship curriculum.
• Conduct one-on-one and group mentoring sessions to provide personalized guidance and support.
• Create and update learning materials, including practice tests, study guides, and educational resources.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Scholario Indonesia team to design and implement effective study plans and exam strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ASEAN scholarship preparation and educational technology.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the scholarship preparation program.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or mentoring Math, English, or IQ Test preparation.
• Strong knowledge of the ASEAN scholarship curriculum and assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate students.
• Proficiency in using educational tools and software such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
