📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards through regular inspections and quality control checks.

- Utilize SAP and Excel to track production data, analyze trends, and implement improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficient in using SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety standards in manufacturing.
