📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a talent analytics framework to support data-driven decision-making.
Leverage HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors to gather, clean, and analyze employee data.
Create and maintain dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize talent metrics and trends.
Identify key talent metrics and KPIs to drive strategic initiatives and improve workforce performance.
Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement talent strategies based on data insights.
Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership on talent analytics findings.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent analytics.
Mentor and develop junior talent analytics professionals within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in talent analytics, HR analytics, or a similar role.
Proven experience with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of talent management best practices and strategies.
Certification in talent analytics or HR analytics is a plus.
