- Identify and nurture potential partners to expand our community outreach.
- Manage and enhance the engagement of our existing driver community.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and common goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of our network.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with partners and drivers to build trust and loyalty.
- Assist in the planning and execution of community outreach events and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the team on the progress of engagement initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community outreach, partner engagement, or a similar role.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with event planning and management is a plus.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
