📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.
• Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they meet our high standards of service.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities.
• Assist in preparing and cooking food according to our recipes and standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement and improve operational processes.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
