📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide Level 1 IT support to retail client's operations in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with IT infrastructure maintenance and upgrades
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance
- Document IT issues and resolutions using ServiceNow and Confluence
- Collaborate with the retail client's team to improve IT processes
- Participate in continuous learning and development programs
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
- Knowledge of retail operations and processes
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
