📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in front office operations, including check-in/check-out processes, guest services, and reservations.
• Support housekeeping teams by performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Work in the food and beverage department, assisting with food preparation, serving, and inventory management.
• Participate in event planning and execution, including setup, service, and cleanup.
• Learn and utilize industry-standard software such as PMS and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high guest satisfaction.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to the development of your professional portfolio and resume.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality management program or have a related degree.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of hospitality industry software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
• Previous internship or work experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
