In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various chemical analyses to ensure our food products meet the highest quality and safety standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct chemical analyses on food products using various techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, and spectrophotometry.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory testing.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Document and report test results accurately and promptly.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your analytical skills.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to laboratory operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the laboratory.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in chemical analysis, preferably in the food industry.
- Certification in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, or spectrophotometry is a plus.
- Proficient in using laboratory software such as LabVIEW, ChromaTOF, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
