We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mould & Dies Specialist to join our team in Lamongan, Jawa Timur. At Quality Works, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products through innovative manufacturing solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting molds and dies, ensuring optimal production efficiency and product quality.

As a Mould & Dies Specialist at Quality Works, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement mold and die designs that meet customer specifications and industry standards. You will also conduct regular inspections and maintenance to extend the lifespan of molds and dies, minimizing downtime and production costs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop molds and dies using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
Conduct material selection and analysis to ensure optimal performance and durability.
Perform mold and die tryouts, testing, and adjustments to meet quality standards.
Maintain and inspect molds and dies to identify wear and tear, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with production teams to address mold and die-related issues and implement solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mold and die manufacturing.
Document mold and die designs, processes, and maintenance records for future reference.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mold and die performance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mold and die manufacturing, preferably in the automotive or plastic injection industry.
Proven expertise in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
Strong understanding of mold and die materials, including steel, aluminum, and composite materials.
Knowledge of mold and die tryout procedures, testing methods, and quality control standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Valid CNC programming certification is a plus.
