📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage retail store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance store performance and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Train and mentor retail staff to ensure they meet performance standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business objectives.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and improving store performance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, or similar tools.
