You’ll use tools like Shopify, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics to manage our online store and customer interactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized nutrition advice and support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
• Manage our e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory, and order processing.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve our products and services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
• Assist in the creation and management of our e-commerce content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
• Train and mentor new team members in customer service and nutrition best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and nutrition.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our company’s strategic goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in nutrition consulting or a related role.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, customer service, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Certification in nutrition (e.g., Certified Nutritionist, Registered Dietitian) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
