📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that technical documentation supports our business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
