📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and sales performance.
  • Manage and train a team of sales associates to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor store finances and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of retail software and POS systems.
  • Experience in merchandising and visual merchandising.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
