📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage products are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, and ensure that all expenses are controlled and optimized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in managing and growing a restaurant.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and technology.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,A passion for food and hospitality, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
