📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients after the sale.,Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the general trading industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Familiarity with sales tools and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.
