📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, providing information about our products and services.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Promote our products and services to customers, both in person and through social media.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficient in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
