Makmur Tono Laundry is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a deep understanding of the laundry industry. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with the laundry industry is a plus.
