📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans.,Conduct regular cost audits and provide recommendations for cost savings.,Prepare progress reports and financial statements for project stakeholders.,Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Manage subcontractor and vendor payments and ensure timely invoicing.,Provide cost analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cost management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of cost estimation software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
