📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of products.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels.,Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive parts industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail outlet.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
