In this role, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and building a strong talent pipeline. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in alignment with company values and culture.,Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and productivity.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.,Partner with HR business partners to ensure alignment and support of talent acquisition efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and ability to manage multiple hires simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
