As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing our cashier team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Train and develop new hires to ensure they meet company standards and customer service expectations.,Monitor cash drawer balances and reconcile daily transactions to prevent discrepancies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area to promote a professional environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or supervisory role in a retail or service environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in customer service or retail management are a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local culture is preferred.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
