📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Assist in the design and implementation of learning and development strategies.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand training needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English proficiency a plus.
