PT Akasia Mandiri is seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements on time.,Manage bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively.
