• Develop and maintain a talent analytics framework to support data-driven decision-making.
• Leverage HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors to gather, clean, and analyze employee data.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize talent metrics and trends.
• Identify key talent metrics and KPIs to drive strategic initiatives and improve workforce performance.
• Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement talent strategies based on data insights.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership on talent analytics findings.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent analytics.
• Mentor and develop junior talent analytics professionals within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in talent analytics, HR analytics, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of talent management best practices and strategies.
• Certification in talent analytics or HR analytics is a plus.
