🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving performance.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
