📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.,Oversee and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.,Monitor project budgets and ensure financial targets are achieved.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.,Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on the construction site.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using construction software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
