📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and developing the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor new sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Participate in sales promotions and special events to drive customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is a plus.
