📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to the correct temperature and quality.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Keep accurate records of food usage and waste.,Participate in inventory management and restocking.,Assist in the preparation of special dishes and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
