📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth business processes.,Oversee the performance of staff, providing guidance and support where needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demands.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Prepare and present regular reports to the Branch Manager on sales, inventory, and staff performance.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to improve their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
