📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills and qualifications required for each position,Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates,Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential candidates to assess their fit for the role,Negotiating job offers with selected candidates and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements,Maintaining a strong network of industry contacts to source potential candidates,Providing feedback to hiring managers and teams on the status of recruitment efforts and candidate progress,Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus
