Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical and electrical projects.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Manage and mentor a team of M&E coordinators and technicians.Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in M&E coordination.Provide technical support and advice to project managers and other stakeholders as needed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&E coordination, with at least 3 years in a senior role.Strong knowledge of M&E systems, codes, and standards relevant to the region.Proven track record of successfully managing complex M&E projects.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to travel as required.🛠️ Keahlian
