Bidang Hendra Tea is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our tea products through rigorous testing and analysis. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting various types of tea quality tests including sensory, physical, and chemical analysis.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.,Developing and implementing new testing methods and procedures.,Analyzing test results and providing recommendations for quality improvement.,Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Training and mentoring junior lab technicians.,Collaborating with other departments to support product development and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the tea industry.,Strong knowledge of tea quality standards and testing methods.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus.
