In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of our company's fleet of vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet management.,Analyze and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and other relevant data.,Provide training and support to junior staff members in fleet coordination and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.,Previous experience working in the logistics and transportation industry is a plus.
