📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing excellent support.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet performance standards and company policies.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events within the store.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and conflicts.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and sales strategies.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
