📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's theme and customer preferences.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling standards.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure the restaurant meets its financial targets.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of various cuisines and culinary techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules and requirements.
