Manage cashiering operations, including cash handling, deposit, and reconciliation,Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient payments and insurance claims,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Maintain accurate financial records and reports,Supervise and train junior cashier staff,Handle cash and non-cash transactions securely and efficiently,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or financial services,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using computer software for financial transactions,Knowledge of insurance claims processing is a plus,Valid ID and clean criminal record
