Base Crystal Unggul is seeking a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage procurement processes from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards are met.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with quality and ethical standards.,Prepare and manage procurement budgets and forecasts.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and procurement software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
