📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage and reconcile bank and cash transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare tax filings.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements for external audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Excel, and QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and tax compliance is a plus.
